Dedicated To Ashley Dawn Murray RIP
I found out today one of my mother's foster children from 3 years ago has left this world. Her name was Ashley Dawn Murray. She was 18 years old. A beautiful blue eyed blond with looks of a model. She was soft spoken and was so full of laughter. She was a sweetheart with a extreme drug and alcohol problem. I meet Ashley over 4 years ago at mom's. She was shy and scared but she still smiled with her whole being. She loved to draw and paint. She loved to tell stories about everything. She was bubbly with a loving personalty.
She would give you the shirt off her back if it made you feel better. She was helpful and very kind. She was a sweet gentle lost soul who will be truly missed. I'm so glad she drew me some pictures. I filed them away in my filing cabinet. I think I will frame them and put them up to remind me that I have a special angel to talk to now. I was so lucky to be able to spend time with Ashley. I got to take her on weekend when my parents needed to go places. She wasn't an angel but really who is until you leave this world. Ashley finally let the drugs take her from this world on Monday the 13 of November.
Finally Ashley isn't feeling any pain anymore. I just wish she could of gotten the help she so needed and deserves but this world isn't fair when if come to these poor lost kids. I just hope Ashley finally happy. I know I was one of the lucky ones to meet and spend time with this wonderful girl. Rest now little one your finally home!
Ashley Dawn Murray I will miss you!!

I am so sorry to hear that. But your right, she may be at peace now, and no longer in pain. I hope that your parents are doing ok.
They will be in my prayers.

So sorry to hear of your loss my thought are with you and your mom.
Ashley sounded like a wonderful person who just got a little lost. Now she can be at peace.
I did specialized foster care for Native American children and these kids often break your heart. It's good that you have good memories of her. Frame and hang those pictures and smile when you see them.
an excellent idea to frame and hang her drawings.
at least she is at peace now and won't have to suffer again
Thank you all for your support. I know Ashley is finally happy. She was searching for a home all her life. Her parents are both drug addicts and they both drink. She didn't know any other way of life. I just hope her younger brother doesn't take the same road. But I know she will watch over him because she adore him. I'm just want to let you know I'm so thankful I have all of you for support! You've all made it much easier to deal with!
Wonderful tribute to what sounds like a wonderful young woman. I hope she has found her happiness...
