Thanks all for the birthday greeting!!

I'd like to thank everyone for the B-Day Greetings! It sure made my day. My B-day was spent quietly to a point. My daughter and my brother took me out for a few hours but I paid. I gave them both a year to save money to treat me for my next birthday. Cause on their B-Day I pay the shot for them. Oh well they are two peas in a pod! At least my brother did play the machines and win money back he owed me with my money lol. Then I took them out for Chinesses food. Thank god for Master Card. I told them the Ideal gift for me would be someone paying off my Credit Cards and not a comment came from them just a few laughs huh. I told them I wasn't joke but you know we all just laugh. I know there isn't any credit card fairy that comes down and sprinkles their money dust down and take away my maxed cards. But you can blame a girl for having a dream!


Here's are my gifts I received:

Parents: A red Ivory Budda ( I almost have the belly rubbed off since I heard if you rub his belly good luck will come your way. So far nothing!), Wallet, Antique purse, Antique necklace. (Can you tell that my parents are antique dealers! lol

In laws- A nice scarf

Daughter - Disc man that plays MP3 for my much needed walks. I have to get my fat ass into gear but it's getting cold out! lol A box of turtles that she ate most of them. I'm glad for that being type 2 Diabetic can't really eat alot of them. I truly think she bought them for her!! But that's ok she really enjoyed them. She bought me the nose rings I wanted. A manicure set. I know why she has no money she spent it all on me silly girl but I love all my gifts.

Baby Brother - Mickey mouse stuff to go with my large collection

Middle brother - Brought me some Moose Meat yea haw!!! His friend had some and he and I were just talking about it a week before I was telling him how ol' lady talks about all the good wild meat she gets. And lo and behold he got me some mmmmmmmmm Cook some yesterday it was delish!!

Yesterday I got my digital camera I have to take back. No surprise with that one. We drove to the city that's 45 mins away. On the way home I was picture happy. I took pic's of my husband side view to show him how grumpy he looks. I took a pic of my Tim Horton Cup (mmmm Timmy's). I took pic's of the rain hitting the windows and wipers. The cars up ahead. Then all of sudden got a bit sleepy. So I put my camera in the new case that I got for my camera. Then grab my hug pillow yeah don't laugh I have a favorite pillow that I take with me every chance I get. So I call it my hug. I've had a hug pillow since I can remember. My mom tells me since I was a baby. Well I go through one every 8 years but I love it. It's my safe place when there isn't anywhere to run. When I get that old feeling creeping up and all I do is hug my pillow and it calms me down when it's there with me. I know I sound like a baby but I love it and it's all mine!

Anyways when I got home I put everything away had to get the husband on the road again. So about 2 hours after we came home my brother came home. He lives with me. I ran to get my camera. Funny thing was it was on. I thought that was funny but show my bro it and showed him my great photos I took on my trip home. Then went to turn it off and it would turn off then turn back on again. I thought WTF is going on. So I kept Turing it off and on it went. I thought here we go again. So I read the manual again. Took the batteries out. As I'm reading it said it had a special feature that when the camera is on for 3 mins it turns off on it's own to save the batteries. Well I put the batteries in and didn't turn it on and it came on within 3 mins. So like my life this camera is backward. So I got me a dud. So I took the batteries out and I'm going with my mother to get one that works I hope. I'm not leaving the store until I know that camera is working. Then it's picture time again with my second road trip! What can I take picture of this time.

Anyho if you need a dud inspector I'm the woman for the one for the job. I've had that job for about 42 years now. Want to save time and money just give it to me let me look it over and within minutes if it's a dud it will start to tell me. I'm not just a dud inspector. I'm the president of the company! lol
