My changes for 2007!

Well here goes I'm not going to call them resolution. Whenever I use that word I don't keep them. So I'm going to call them changes that I have to make in my life. The last year has really been a life lesson. I learn not to trust a single soul. But that's OK I can always start over. I don't need others to pull me down. I'm not for second chance either. Anyways enough of that. I was once told you have to write your changes down so you can keep them. So this is the first time that I'm ever doing this. So maybe I may stick to at least one!! lol Here goes

1. Change my eating habits
2. Lose weight
3. Exercise
4. Work on finding out what I really want
5. Get rid of the things from my past that make me sad
6. Finally get my home business right
7. Realize that I have to take care of me
8. Learn to love me
9. Maybe do a online course
10. Get healthy is my main goal

I have other goals like fix certain areas in my home but I need to fix me before I go on. This post is my serious post but it's a look at later post. So when I forget where I'm going or what I have to do I just have to have a look at what I need to do to get my life on the right path. I've been soul searching for awhile now. I need to fix my inside so my outside will start to heal. I've gone through life letting things go and putting others first. It may sound selfish but I figure my baby is 20 now she can take care of herself. My husband acts like he doesn't need me so why work hard doing things for him when he doesn't even notice. And all the others will have to deal with it. I may sound so selfish but after the last three years of bullshit. I truly think it's time for me to take care of me.

The doc keeps telling me to take care of me first. Well it's time so I raise my glass to you and your changes. May we all have a wonderful 2007 we all deserve some happiness!!

Love you one all
Cherlee

Happy New Year to you, Cherlee
I hope you can make the changes that you want for yourself.
It is not selfish to work on yourself, as women, mothers and wifes we too often put ourselves 2nd, 3rd or even lower on the list of things to do.
Keep up the positive thoughts of yourself...you are definately worth it :)
