Well Christmas was great this year!

I think my Christmas was some great this year! I was so overwhelmed when I was showing Mel my gifts I'd say "Look Mel isn't this really nice your grandmother got it for me" She would reply "Mom gawd, I got that for you!". Then not more than 5 Min's later I said "Mel, Thanks for the really nice angels." She said "Gawd, Mom Grammy got you those!" I just laughed as I was tearing into another wonderful gift! I was so relaxed for once. I was so freaking tired to but for once I didn't have a time limit on the meal for the day. This year has been the only year that I didn't feel a lot of pressure getting anything ready for Christmas. It was so laid ed back. It was great.

The night before I made a Christmas eve dinner at my house for my daughter her new boyfriend. My Tasha my other daughter from another mother! (My daughter's best friend).
My brother B and his lady and my other Brother M and no lady he's single lol. Then of course it was me and the hubby. It was a really nice evening. Except brother M got a little cocky with Mel's boyfriend. He was trying to be the protected uncle but what he was saying was coming off really rude. But M listen when I said enough. He sorta had got into some giggle juice earlier that day. So he was still feeling the effects of it. Sometime when he drinks he power trips and this was one of those times. He behave himself most of the time so it didn't bother us to much at all.

Then Tasha msm me last night to let me know that the malls were closed until the 27Th of Dec. I was getting ready to go to bed when she told me this. I was going to bed early because the hubby was taking me shopping to get my gifts from him. We started doing this a few years back. He gets to be lazy and not have to shop for me and save money cause we go on boxing day. And I get alot more this way because he thinks he saving a lot of money but truly he isn't. I get to buy just as much but it looks like so much more because of the saving. To me it's a win win. I get what I want and he thinks he getting away with not shopping ect. The funny thing is I don't drive to scared to. I know one day I will drive but he has to drive me there and pay for what I pick out so isn't that shopping?????

So when Tasha told me I was so upset. My hubby has to go back to work on the 27Th of Dec and won't be back until the 3rd of Jan. He's a trucker that drives long haul.
So this really made me really sad. Not crying but almost a tear formed but it didn't I said to myself "Self you have to be strong you will have to wait alittle longer grasshopper. You will get what you want but you will have to wait once again. Waiting is what you are good at!" OMG, I've gotta stop watching so much TV!!

Hubby was laying on the couch watching TV so I went in with this really whinny sad voice and told him what I found out. Plunked myself in my chair with a heavy sigh and just looked at him.

He said " Don't worry about it I don't have to leave for work until 5 or 6 pm. I could still take you shopping." I jumped up and said "Really, thank you I have to go tell Tasha." So off I went and told Tasha about my plans. Didn't do much today. Haven't been sleeping that great for about 2 weeks so hopefully I get to bed early so we can get up early to do what? SHOPPING OF COURSE.

Anyho I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with none or very little mishaps. I also hope you received all that you wanted for Christmas. But if you didn't I could show you how to whine just enough to get what you want. I have to tell yeah though it doesn't work for everything. So you have to tell me what you want and I will prefect that whine for you. I'm sorry but the whine isn't grantee cause it doesn't always work don't want yeah hating me! lol
