Loving Remembrance poem

When I see this poem it really reminds me of my Uncle Lenny that died by his own hands. He took his life in May of 2002. No one knew how much he was hurting. So each time I see this saying I think of him:

If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
I'd walk
right up to Heaven
and bring you
home again.
I sometimes wish that I could bring him back and change all that had happen. If I could it would take the pain out of my mom, grandfather, and aunt's eyes. Everytime his name is mention I see the hurt look in their faces. It really breaks my heart. But it can't be changed but it makes me feel better thinking maybe if I could. This is to everyone who has felt that horrible feeling of lose. My heart goes out to all of you!

What a sweet tribute to your uncle. I think the pain never completely goes away, no matter how much time passes.

Love to you!
